Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a woman in her 60s living in Linneryd
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• is comfortable being in church
• is calm and secure
• can tolerate pets as there is a cat in the home It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience with MS

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 70%. The job involves varying working hours during the day, evening, night (active), and weekends. Long shifts may occur.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreements.

According to agreement.
