Applicants for the position should have education and experience.

A driver's license and access to own car are required to get to the workplace! The accommodation is located about 25 minutes south of Växjö.

We are looking for someone with pedagogical education and/or care and nursing education such as Nursing Assistant or Care Assistant/Pedagogue, experience and knowledge in working with, among other things, low-stimulus response and clarifying pedagogy. You also need to have knowledge of TAKK, AKK as we work a lot with structure, schedule, and picture support, including Widgit.

For us, it is important that the children are well and receive the right support and care. As a person, you should be calm, secure, stable, and kind to the children living with us. It is important that you are empathetic, good at building relationships, and have good cooperation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The work includes everything from support in HSL interventions/medication management, meals, activities, fun, and play. Care, assistance with all hygiene is part of the daily work.

Our child residence houses 5 fantastic children who need a lot of care, security, and a meaningful developing everyday life.

WORKING HOURS

Day, evening, and weekend - irregular working hours.
