JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working in home care involves providing care recipients with good care and personal assistance. As a care assistant in home care, you will perform standard tasks within care and support work. We work according to the Individual's Needs in Focus (IBIC) and use digital solutions and systems in our daily work. We see this as one of the prerequisites for continuing to provide our care recipients with good and individualized care. Our operations run every day and hour of the year, and you will work days, evenings, and weekends. The job includes maintaining good communication with care recipients and their relatives, collaborating well with colleagues, and having a good ability to document according to social services guidelines via computer, as well as handling delegated health care tasks. Within home care, we have areas accessible by walking, cycling, and driving.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you need to have a valid qualification from a care and support program or another equivalent education. We also expect you to have a strong commitment to working in care and support. Previous experience in similar work is an advantage.

Your working style is characterized by calmness, flexibility, engagement, and collaboration skills. We also believe that you, as an applicant, have a strong personal drive, are solution-oriented, and have a good ability to work independently. You treat both colleagues and care recipients with respect and are attentive to individuals' different needs.

For the job, you need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and you must have a driver's license. Since we move around by bicycle in several of our home care areas, it is also a requirement that you can cycle.

A driver's license is mandatory.
