Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a CBT therapist. It is important that you want to work for good primary care with high accessibility, quality, and enjoy change and improvement work in a team. You are a positive, self-driven, responsible, and unpretentious person. You enjoy collaborating and are skilled at prioritizing, can change focus as needed, and have a holistic view. Good knowledge of the Cosmiq system, 1177, and Support treatment is an advantage.

With us, you will work in a team with doctors, nurses, rehabilitation coordinators, and physiotherapists among others. The work includes assessment and treatment both individually and in groups. In primary care, we meet patients with stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep difficulties, etc. The work is stimulating and developing with a high degree of involvement and responsibility. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you can work independently and have good collaboration skills with the others in the team. Naturally, you always have the patient in focus and you care about providing a good reception both over the phone and in personal meetings.
