Västerbron is a general dental care clinic primarily focused on adult dental care. We are also the development clinic for Folktandvården Kronoberg. As a development clinic, we test and evaluate new materials, products, and technical solutions. Recently, we have mainly worked with various digital services and we are responsible for Folktandvården's digital reception, Folktandvården online.

At our pleasant clinic with 6 treatment rooms, we have 14 employees. We are a dedicated group that together creates a good work environment. We are now looking for a dental nurse who wants to become part of our clinic!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a dental nurse who wants to contribute to our health-promoting and disease-preventive work. We hope that you are a driven person who wants to make an impact.

As a dental nurse, we can offer you several career and development paths; for example, you can engage in projects or participate in a working group. You can also further develop within leadership or perhaps you are interested in being a supervisor when the clinic receives dental nurse students for their practical training?

When you start with us, you will participate in a comprehensive introduction program aimed at all new dental care providers. This program is designed to give you a good insight into the organization, a lot of useful information, but also the chance to get to know and build networks with other newly hired colleagues. Of course, we also have a good introduction here at the clinic so that you get a good start with us and feel secure in your job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained dental nurse (but you are also welcome to apply if you are at the end of your dental nurse training). You are a person who enjoys going to work and has a noticeable engagement - both in meetings with colleagues and with patients. You are a colleague who contributes to a good atmosphere at work, cares about dental quality, and is passionate about providing our patients with the best possible dental care.

We base our work on a shared employee idea: to see each other and our part in the whole.

We have over 340 employees at Folktandvården Kronoberg, and our operations consist of general and specialist dental care, a development clinic (which is Folktandvården Västerbron), a mobile clinic, an administrative office, and a Service Center. We have clinics in 6 of the 8 municipalities in the county, and our common mission is to create good oral health for the residents of Kronoberg.
