We are looking for someone who wants to join our property organization and be involved in delivering food to our operations as well as maintenance work and janitorial tasks.

Job Responsibilities: The Property Unit is responsible for food delivery to our operations, which is a task that needs to be performed every day. In addition to food delivery, the position will also involve tasks related to the operation and maintenance of municipal properties (repairs, minor carpentry work, painting, supervision and maintenance of technical installations/systems, inspections, and other common tasks included in the property caretaker service). Property maintenance and janitorial tasks will be in both the southern and northern parts of the municipality. The position also includes, for example, goods handling, waste management, key management, snow removal, operational adjustments, assembly/disassembly of furniture and other inventory, and other operationally related tasks. The distribution of tasks may vary over time, but we start from 40% food transport, 30% property maintenance, and 30% janitorial work. Job responsibilities are not fixed and may change over time. The position includes some weekend work.

Qualifications: For the position, suitable education and experience in janitorial work and/or property maintenance, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent. Holding a lift certificate, hot work course, and training in scaffolding construction is advantageous for the position. Great importance is placed on collaboration skills and personal suitability. A BE driver's license is a requirement.
