JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Now you have the chance to be part of the Department of Children and Family! We are looking for social workers for the support and investigation team for ages 0-12. As an applicant, you will be responsible for issues concerning children and youth at risk, children and youth in distress, who need support, as well as parents who need assistance in their parenting role or in collaboration with the other parent. The assignment consists of preventive and early interventions, investigations regarding individual needs according to current legislation, as well as the provision and follow-up of support and treatment measures. The work also involves collaboration, both internally and externally. You will have close support from managers, specialists, and other team members. We offer professional development and continuous supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and good knowledge of applicable legislation. You should have professional experience in social work related to children and youth. You must have a good ability to work independently in all aspects of case management and development, as well as the ability to collaborate with others and build trusting relationships. Documentation and investigation are important parts of your work, so you also need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as computer skills. Since we work according to Signs of Safety, it is desirable if you have knowledge and experience in this area.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
