MACHINE BUILDER AT VIVERK AB IN VISLANDA

Our client Viverk AB has a continued strong order intake, great products, and an exciting journey of development ahead, and is now looking for more Machine Builders to the company's assembly workshop! We work daytime 7-16 Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays we finish already at 13.

Viverk is a family-oriented and innovative company that values the knowledge and development potential of each employee. We are 40 employees, divided into 20 in production and 20 in the office. We have a turnover of approximately 70 MSEK and foresee a bright future for both us, our customers, and suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Those of us working with machine construction have a long and solid experience with industrial washing machines and are now ready to introduce a few more colleagues. We are a close-knit team that has a varied everyday life with several different tasks.

We receive pre-bent and cut sheets where we then take over and start the welding work (Tig/Mig). We weld together frames, tanks, and coil housings, a job that can last up to a couple of months. The product then goes for pickling and surface treatment before returning to us.

Now begins the major assembly work where we assemble everything from fans to pumps, filters, heating, and exchangers. We also do some electrical assembly as well as pneumatics, pipe laying, and other rotating and moving parts.

All assembly is done according to drawings and requires a good technical understanding and logical thinking. We handle everything from mechanics to pneumatics and electricity, areas that we prefer you to master well. For the more advanced and electricity safety-demanding tasks, we get help from an electrical company.  

Between our various tasks, we perform tests and test runs. Before delivery, the customer visits our workshop where we together perform the final tests and runs before it is time for delivery. At this stage, you also participate and meet our customer, building a secure and long-term relationship.

PERSONAL QUALITIES QUALIFICATIONS
You who apply for the position as a Machine Builder are likely a broad and technically curious person. Ideally, you have a relevant high school education or a vocational education as a service technician or similar. Perhaps you are a traveling fitter or technician today but find it challenging to be on the road? Then a role in our workshop could be a good fit for you!

You have a good experience in building machines and enjoy working independently. You are familiar with both mechanics, pneumatics, and electricity, and have basic welding skills or are willing to learn. With a good technical understanding and a solution-oriented and logical thinking, we believe you have the right prerequisites to thrive and succeed with us.  

As a person, you are social and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and customers. You are confident and a good ambassador, and are keen on delivering with high quality and on time. The tasks require good physical fitness and agility as there may sometimes be smaller and narrower spaces to both weld and assemble in. Ingenuity and problem-solving are something that you particularly enjoy!

If you have crane and forklift licenses, this is a merit, a driver's license can also be a plus. You speak and understand both Swedish and English.

The position is a direct recruitment to Viverk AB in Vislanda.
