HR Consultant at Region Kronoberg

Within regional services and the regional office, approximately 600 people work on various assignments. We have operations throughout the county, but Växjö is our base. As an HR consultant, you will work as a business-oriented HR support and belong to the administrative support of regional services together with other HR consultants and business controllers.

Our HR team consists of three HR consultants and an HR manager.

Interviews are scheduled for February 3rd and 4th.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR consultant with us, you will have the chance to truly make a difference! You will be the first point of contact for department and division managers in HR matters. You will become an important part of the management and collaboration groups of the operations and have the opportunity to influence and develop our services.

Your work will be varied and exciting, with tasks in recruitment, work environment, contract interpretation, union contacts, and management and leadership support. You will work both operationally and strategically with your operations, giving you a broad and dynamic role.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree from the PA program or equivalent three-year higher education. You have a few years of experience in consultative HR work and preferably knowledge of the contractual area for municipalities and regions.

You enjoy working across the entire breadth of HR and thrive in a varied environment with sometimes high tempo. Region Kronoberg is in an exciting development phase, which means that the role of HR is becoming increasingly complex and challenging.
