Arcus is looking for a Part-time Job Consultant

Arcus is an education and job placement company that supports individuals towards employment or further studies. As part of the YA group, we are present in over 100 locations in Southern and Central Sweden. We are currently seeking a part-time job consultant to expand our team.

Responsibilities:

Work with activity-based investigation sites, strengthening and developing activities, and job training
Support participants in approaching the job market through motivational efforts, guidance, and job testing in a real environment
Develop the business, identify needs for interventions, and conduct skills assessments

Requirements:

At least 2 years of full-time university or university college education in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine. Experience in coaching individuals with health issues or disabilities. Good communication skills in Swedish.

Employment Information:

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
