About the Job

As a Communicator, you are an important part of Länsförsäkring Kronoberg's development where communication is crucial for how we can successfully reach out to and involve the entire organization as well as the company's stakeholders. We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of developing our communication with a focus on internal and corporate communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading internal communication projects where you will plan, develop, and implement communication efforts in line with the company's business strategies and goals. You will act as support and a sounding board for the company's managers/project leaders in internal communication and ensure that the flow of internal communication is coherent and relevant. As an expert in corporate communication, you will create professional presentations, documents, and reports with both strategic content and appealing design.

This is a new role with a broad mandate and great development potential – in other words, there are good opportunities to shape the role over time. The position is a permanent employment with placement at the office in Växjö.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement communication efforts in line with the company's business strategies and goals
• Provide advice and support in communication matters to management, company-wide projects, and other departments
• Writer for corporate communication e.g., annual and sustainability reports, press releases, etc.
• Overall responsibility for the company's press and media relations
• If necessary, provide advice and support related to crisis communication
• Responsible orderer for the company's intranet

Who are you?

We place great importance on having the right personal qualities. To succeed in this role, you need to be a driven, engaged, and outgoing person with a good ability to interact and communicate with others. An interest in sustainability and social development is also important.

You have a strong overall focus and the ability to think strategically and commercially. You can work independently at both operational and strategic levels.

We would like you to have an academic education in communication/PR/journalism or another relevant education that is deemed equivalent, as well as several years of experience working with strategic communication issues. You have a very good ability to express yourself in writing and experience in copywriting for annual reports, press releases, and strategic documents. Furthermore, you have experience in building relationships and collaborating with media as well as proactively managing media issues. It is an advantage if you have experience coordinating crisis communication.
