JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Hovshaga Home Care, we are a constantly growing unit, and we are now in need of new dedicated employees who want to work with us to ensure our care recipients have a good everyday life.

As a care assistant with us, you will provide personal care and support, activation, social interaction, training, and outdoor activities, as well as services such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, and shopping for our care recipients. Through a good approach and a professional attitude, you will provide our care recipients with the best opportunities. A consistent care contact is an important aspect of our work, where one of our most important tools is the individual care plan that we all take responsibility for. We carry out delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

The pace is varied, and no two days are alike. In home care, we work with daily planning, which requires you to be stress-resistant and independent. The day can change quickly, and we need staff who are flexible in their thinking and can adapt to new conditions swiftly.

We are looking for both permanent employees and those for longer temporary positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you must have completed training from the health and care program and have experience working in home care.

As a person, you are solution-focused and calm. You are confident in yourself and can easily collaborate with others. A professional attitude is important, where you as an employee are attentive and flexible to the needs of care recipients, colleagues, and the organization.

You need to have a positive mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
