Primary care consists of 21 publicly operated health centers, 1177, as well as family health and A way in for children and adolescents with mental health issues. Our mission is to create good conditions for our patients, ensuring that the residents of Kronoberg receive the right care and treatment from the best possible competence at the right time and at the right level of care.

The HR team in primary care consists of 4 HR consultants and 1 HR coordinator. Two of our colleagues will be on leave, and we are therefore looking for two new HR colleagues for Primary Care!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR consultant in Primary Care, you will be offered an interesting and varied job in a developing and stimulating organization. Your work involves a consultative role. You will work closely with your managers in the HR areas of recruitment, work environment, labor law, leadership, salary review, and management support. You will work both operationally and strategically together with your departments!

You will become an important part of your departments' management and collaboration groups. You will deepen your knowledge in a specific HR area. You will receive a personal introduction based on your skills and experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree from the PA program or equivalent 3-year university education.

As a person, you enjoy working across the entire HR field and thrive in a varied environment with a fast pace. You are comfortable working both independently and in a team. You are skilled at building relationships and trust, have a holistic perspective, and contribute to a positive work environment.
