What does your workday look like?
As an HR specialist in Markaryd Municipality, you will have a varied job where you will work across the entire HR field. You will have a central and supportive role for the operations and managers within the municipality and will encounter questions related to rehabilitation, recruitment, work environment, as well as legal and contractual matters. In addition to operational work, you will also work strategically and be responsible for developing and driving work forward within certain HR areas. You will collaborate closely with managers, employees, and trade unions to create a trusting collaborative climate.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR/personnel management or another qualification that we deem equivalent. We prefer candidates with experience in the HR field, particularly within municipal operations. Experience and/or a strong interest in work environment and rehabilitation is an advantage.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, are professional, and engaged in your work. You are self-driven, can take your own initiatives, and have good collaboration skills. You have the ability to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing and are comfortable meeting people in various situations. Personal suitability is of great importance.
