Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for you who want to work with support for our client's customers at our attractive customer company in Växjö. The customer support team consists of over 50 employees who work to deliver a professional response and provide world-class service to the company's customers. The customers are primarily external, both in the public and private sectors.

As a customer support representative, you will receive incoming inquiries via email and phone, which can range from delivery to product questions. No day is the same, and you will constantly have new questions to handle. You will work from their beautiful office with all imaginable comforts such as a gym, staff cafeteria, and great coffee, and if you prefer, a certain part can be done remotely from home once you are settled in.

The assignment is initially a temporary position until the autumn of 2025 and starts by agreement, preferably in January or early February. The position is 100%, with working hours scheduled Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 17:00. Initially, you will be employed by Inpeople, and in the long run, there is a possibility of employment with the customer company for the right person.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who always has the customer in focus. You enjoy taking responsibility, are structured and meticulous, and drive your work forward. You are attentive to your surroundings and care about achieving good results together with others. Your personal qualities are crucial for your success in this role.

We prefer that you have experience in customer service in some form. You have at least a high school education and handle the Office package fluently. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
