Täta Tak Energi is one of Sweden's leading companies in the sale of solar panels and energy storage. Täta Tak Energi is part of a group that has been around since 1998.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for a group of 3–5 salespeople.

You will be responsible for their sales and ensuring results are achieved.

You will also have a budget for your own sales.

Previous experience in team leading and at least 6 months in sales is a requirement.

A comprehensive training in our segment will take place at the start of employment.

As a team leader, you and your team colleagues play an important role in helping our customers reduce their energy costs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that your team has the right conditions in training and knowledge to meet our customers.
• Follow up on sales statistics and budget.
• Create and maintain good relationships.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve set goals.
• Sell your own projects. Tailor solutions to the customer's needs with the conditions available.
• Stay updated with new information and ensure the team is informed.
• Train and develop team members.
• Provide the team with the conditions to follow the company's values.
• Participate in certain fairs.

• Experience working in a fast-paced and results-oriented work environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, extroverted, and empathetic leadership style.

• Experience in team building.
• Driving license B.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and get the team to do the same.
