About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Fogmaker, you will play a key role in our continued success. Your main task will be to develop and drive sales to large existing and potential OEM customers and partners around the world. With a combination of strategic thinking and operational work, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from idea to implementation.
The position involves a lot of travel, with approximately 30 percent of your working time spent on the road. You will travel both nationally and internationally, and the rest of the work can partly be done remotely. The primary location is at the headquarters in Växjö, but we are open to a residence within approximately a 15-mile radius.
You will also
- Develop and manage partnerships and customer relationships in both geographical and segment-based markets
- Be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building networks, and participating in several international trade shows
- Travel internationally at least one week out of three, giving you the opportunity to meet customers and partners on-site
- Work closely with our marketing team, consisting of experts in market support, system technology, design, as well as service and aftermarket.

Your Profile
For the role of Key Account Manager, we are looking for someone with several years of experience in technical sales and who has worked closely with customers in the market. You have a genuine interest in the industry in general and technology in particular. Since we work with large international companies, we see that you have very good negotiation skills and the ability to adapt your communication to different levels within the customers' organizations.
For the role of Key Account Manager, we also see that you
- Have experience in technical B2B sales, preferably from the automotive or machinery industry
- Thrive in a dynamic role where you balance independence with collaboration
- Are business-savvy, relationship-building, and can combine strategic thinking with operational work
- Have the ability to understand technical products and solutions and engage in dialogue with customers at the purchasing level
- Fully share our values
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and can communicate in English at a professional level
