What to expect from the role

As a Logistics Manager, you have the overall responsibility for the daily management of the warehouse, ensuring orderliness and maintaining a safe working environment. One of your main tasks is to ensure a well-stocked and attractive store according to season and time of year. Each store is unique, and it is important to stay ahead by following up and analyzing customer demands. You are a key person in the goods reception process, leading and distributing work during deliveries. It is your responsibility to ensure that the technical equipment is serviced and functions properly. Having the right inventory balance is crucial for the business's results, making inventories an important part of your work.

In addition to the tasks specific to the role, you will also work together with your colleagues in the daily operation of the store. Together, you ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that Biltema's customers receive the best possible service.

As a Logistics Manager, you are part of the store's management team and report to the Store Manager.

What we expect from you

We are looking for a service-oriented person who understands that a functional warehouse and optimal goods flow are essential for a successful store. As a person, you are analytical, responsible, and not afraid to pitch in when needed. You enjoy working in a team and believe that by working together with others, you can achieve more than you can on your own.

We see that you have worked in retail for at least 2-3 years and have experience in warehouse and logistics matters. You have good computer skills, and planning and follow-up are not new to you. To fit the role, you view challenges positively, are solution-oriented, and enjoy driving projects forward.
