Your main responsibilities

In the role of customer service representative, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, and administering incoming cases via phone, email, and chat. The cases concern inquiries both before, during, and after transportation from customers located throughout Sweden. You will be in contact with both corporate clients and private individuals, where the important thing is to find the right solution and provide good service.

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone with a completed high school education.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in customer service before.
• The most important thing is that you enjoy collaborating with others, that you are attentive, and that you are motivated to deliver good service.
• As the job requires both structure and order, it is important that you are meticulous, accustomed to working in a computer environment, have the ability to prioritize your work, and are solution-oriented.
• As the position involves periods of high pressure, we see that you possess good stress resilience and handle these situations with calmness and a high level of service.
• You communicate very well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
