Your Responsibilities

As a purchaser with us, you will have a broad and varied role covering both strategic and operational tasks. You will be a key person in developing the company's purchasing and procurement processes and strengthening our relationships with suppliers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for strategic planning and follow-up of purchases.
• Conduct supplier assessments and drive purchasing negotiations.
• Establish and manage purchasing agreements within the company's framework.
• Participate in development projects and ensure material purchases for new customer projects.
• Identify cost savings by negotiating with suppliers and exploring alternative materials and suppliers.
• Internal audits and audits at suppliers.

You will collaborate closely with several functions such as marketing and sales, development, quality, and production within our Polymer Business Area. The role also means that you contribute to the company's long-term development and profitability.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with relevant education in purchasing or similar. If you have several years of experience in the profession, that is a plus. Since the position involves daily customer contact, it is important that you can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We believe that you enjoy working systematically with varied tasks. Furthermore, you have the ability to prioritize and maintain focus in intense situations.

Meritorious: Experience in the automotive industry, polymer materials, and Monitor.
