We at Montico are currently looking for an education administrator for a temporary position in our adult education operations in Växjö. We offer training in electrical engineering, welding technology, workshop technology/CNC, Swedish, healthcare, plumbing, and property management.

Job Description

As an education administrator, you will be responsible for student administration in Växjö. To provide quality service to customers, students, and the organization, it is important that you are attentive and follow procedures.

Your tasks will also include recruiting new students and assisting them with any help they may need when applying for municipal education programs. The education administrator collaborates with both teachers and customers and participates in activities and follow-up meetings.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone who is structured, reliable, and has a personal drive. You are passionate about providing excellent service by being communicative, coaching, and supportive. We always strive to improve and value those who are engaged and participate in the improvement work of the organization and Montico.

You have experience in the industry and have preferably worked with planning and staffing for new students' introductions before. It is a requirement that you have relevant post-secondary education and good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
