About the role of accountant:

As an accountant/finance assistant at Jefferson Wells, you will work on-site with our client in Markaryd. You will play a crucial role in the company's financial processes and be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice flows.

Common tasks include:

• Managing and recording invoice flows, supplier and customer invoices.
• Reconciling and ensuring accurate accounting.
• Working with monthly and annual financial statements.
• Monitoring and analyzing cash flows.

Who we are looking for:

We at Jefferson Wells are looking for someone with experience as an accountant/finance assistant who thrives in a role where accuracy and structure are essential. You should have a relevant education in finance and good system knowledge. To succeed in this role, it is important that you can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.

We would like you to meet the following criteria:

• Experience in finance.
• Experience working with invoice flows, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Good knowledge of systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work structured under pressure.
