About the Client Company

Do you want to make a difference in an industrial environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and structure are key to everything working? We are now looking for a resource for our client in Örnsköldsvik, an important role where you support the production manager both practically and administratively in the daily work.

Your Responsibilities

As a resource to the production manager, you will have a varied daily routine, attending morning meetings, improvement meetings, and weekly meetings, ensuring that production runs smoothly. You assist in distributing tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure that the right orders are processed on time.

When issues arise, such as incorrect clock-ins, machine breakdowns, or changes in structures, you are the one who steps in to resolve them. You contact the right people, collaborate with design to find smart solutions, and provide technical support to other parts of the organization. You are also involved in safety work, monitoring risks and ensuring that audits and improvement meetings take place.

Your Profile

We believe you are someone who likes to stay organized and take responsibility. You have experience in production technology issues, are used to collaborating, and can easily see what needs to be done. You are comfortable leading meetings and handling practical challenges.

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

• Vocational training in engineering or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience with ERP systems as well as Excel and Word
• Knowledge in welding, forming, and cutting processes

Additional Information

The position extends over at least one year, with a good chance of permanent employment with the company.
