ValueOne is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Örnsköldsvik. The assignment will start as agreed and lasts for one year with the possibility of extension.

About the role

As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality in the supply chain within production. You will work closely with suppliers and various functions within the organization to ensure that the right quality is delivered according to applicable requirements and standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for supplier quality within selected categories and projects.
• Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and follow-ups.
• Analyze deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure that suppliers meet quality requirements and documentation.
• Work with root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Contribute to the development of processes and routines.

Experience and competence

You have several years of experience in supplier quality work within the manufacturing industry and are used to handling audits, quality standards, and certifications. We believe you have good knowledge of root cause analysis and are accustomed to working with quality tools. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have an understanding of reading drawings and if you have worked in the SAP business system.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and have a problem-solving approach. You are a good communicator with technical understanding and enjoy building relationships both internally and externally.
