About the Role

BAE Systems Hägglunds in Örnsköldsvik is in an expansive phase due to several new businesses. To meet the high demand for training, we need to strengthen the Training & eLearning unit with a new group manager. Be part of shaping the eLearning department to meet the future needs for education.

You will belong to the Training & eLearning unit, which currently consists of 28 employees, and we need to grow further in the long term to meet our customers' high demand for training. You will work with and lead the eLearning group.

In eLearning, we develop and produce an interactive web-based training platform, which is an important part of the training package that the unit delivers to customers.

In your role as group manager, you will lead, distribute, and follow up on the work in eLearning in collaboration with the line manager for Training & eLearning. You will have many internal and external contacts, so it is important that you understand our processes and interfaces. Your position will be 50% as group manager with direct personnel and budget responsibility, and the remaining 50% will involve project and line-related tasks. Reporting will be directly to the line manager of Training & eLearning, and you will be part of the ILS section's management team.

Travel is required for this position.

You have a desire to create good conditions for the unit to deliver according to set goals. We are constantly evolving, and therefore you need to enjoy changes and improvements. Travel in the service is required.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an academic education or equivalent practical experience.
• Has good collaboration skills and communicates clearly, precisely, and structurally with both employees and customers.
• Is a leader with drive and the desire to continue developing.
• Basic IT skills in the Office suite are required.
• Experience working with business systems is a plus.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we operate in a global corporation.

Experience in eLearning or similar educational tools is a merit, as well as experience with our products.
