Your future challenge

The work is carried out in close collaboration with our partners and suppliers in various countries. The role involves many points of contact both externally with our partners and suppliers as well as internally across several different areas of expertise in both production and design.

You will be part of the External Production department with currently 33 skilled colleagues. The department is responsible for evaluating, preparing, supporting, following up, and developing external manufacturing in collaboration with our suppliers/partners. You will report to the head of the department, Linda Strandberg.

Your responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and performing supplier quality assessments of suppliers within complex Build to Print articles together with purchasing.
• Transferring technical documentation and managing production technical questions from our BtP suppliers and partners.
• Developing and creating necessary production tools for our BtP suppliers and partners.
• Providing knowledge transfer and technical support to our BtP suppliers and partners.
• Reviewing and transferring technical documentation to our suppliers.
• Supporting our partners on-site in the customer country during production start.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of mechanics and has an education in this field. Practical experience in this area is also valuable.

As a person, you have good initiative and collaboration skills, and you are good at planning time and activities. You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently. Since the position involves many points of contact, we want you to be communicative. The position may require being on-site with suppliers of cabling and electrical boxes in our customer countries, which is why business travel is included in the job.

As we work in an international environment, you need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
