Planner - Production & Vehicle Planning for High-Tech Industrial Environment

Do you want to work in one of the region's most advanced and high-tech industrial environments where development, production, and delivery of complex vehicle platforms are the focus? We are now looking for two Planners with a focus on production and vehicle planning. This is a long-term consulting assignment through Jefferson Wells, with a very good opportunity for a takeover by the client for the right person. Interviews are ongoing, and the assignments will be filled as soon as the right candidates are found.

About the Role

As a Planner, you will be a key person in the Production Planning department, a central part of Assembly Integration & Test. Here, you will work on planning the production of advanced vehicle systems, both in internal flows and with external partners.

You will play an important role in ensuring that production maintains the right pace, quality, and delivery precision. The role involves close collaboration with operational purchasing, production, assembly, project managers, and other key functions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Analyze and release production orders with the support of SAP
  • Monitor material status and report to projects and purchasing
  • Manage rescheduling, changes in production documentation, and configurations
  • Review and update vehicle configurations during ongoing production
  • Collaborate with external partners during assembly and manufacturing at other locations
  • Participate in daily dialogue and follow-ups with production and assembly
  • Contribute to business improvements in analysis, communication, and digitization

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Planning knowledge within the industry
  • Ability to work in a structured, problem-solving, and quality-conscious manner
  • Good communicative and collaborative skills
  • Experience working in teams with complex material and production flows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Academic education in logistics, production engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent
  • Experience in roles such as:
    • - Production Planner
    • - Material Planner
    • - Coordinator
    • - Preparer
  • Experience with SAP, Aras, and Office suite
  • Experience in production in safety-critical or technically advanced industries

Placement & Conditions

Location in Örnsköldsvik

Remote work possible a few days a week

Assignment length: 1 year, 100%

Start: As soon as possible

Work is conducted under the client's leadership and control

Includes access to ITAR-controlled technology

For this assignment, the final candidate must undergo and be approved in a security clearance.
