We are now looking for a designer who wants to contribute to the next step in Elpress's development journey. With us, you will work closely with products used worldwide – in everything from renewable energy to advanced infrastructure – and be a key person in how our solutions take shape.

About the role

As a designer at Elpress, you will develop new products in the area of electrical connections with associated tooling systems and complementary materials. The tasks include several steps in a production process.

Mechanics, hydraulics, electrical engineering, and electronics are the main technical subject areas. The work is done in close collaboration with production technology and product owners.

Testing is conducted in our own laboratory, which involves practical tasks, analysis of measurement data, and calculations that are important for quality assurance work.

Support and communication require a good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English. Dialogue with the sales organization, customers, and production is a natural part of the development work.

Who we are looking for

We believe that you have a university degree in mechanical engineering – or equivalent professional experience.
