About the position:

In this role, you will hold a key position in ensuring operational availability and optimal maintenance for advanced military vehicle systems. You will work strategically to develop and enhance analyses and maintenance strategies that make a real difference in the performance and reliability of the systems.

You will be responsible for defining the resources required for an effective operation and maintenance organization, ranging from spare parts, special tools, and technical documentation to the competence needs of relevant functions. An important part of the role is also to evaluate the total lifecycle costs of the systems and identify improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness over time.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with engineering departments, R&M experts, and teams within technical documentation. Together, you will create long-term, sustainable, and technically sound solutions that enhance the performance and maintainability of the systems. The role is suitable for you who want to combine technical depth with a strategic overall perspective and who thrives in an environment where your work has a direct impact on the operational capability of the organization.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary technical education, e.g., YH, engineering degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field.

• Is communicative, social, and structured; you reach out to other functions, ask questions, and build relationships.

• Is self-directed with the ability to take responsibility for your tasks and drive them forward in a project environment.

Languages:

• Swedish and English are required.

The position is located in Örnsköldsvik and is part of Xamera's Talent Program, Xamera Talent. Here, the company has chosen to invest extra in you and your personal development. The position is filled continuously and is full-time with a fixed, market-based salary and a start date according to agreement, considering any notice period.
