Your future challenge

We are now looking for a passionate and driven project manager for Mechanical Design, who wants to lead exciting and complex projects. In this role, you will work in an engaged project team and lead projects from start to finish, either through a Team Leader or directly to designers, with team sizes between 10 and 70 people.

You will play a central role in coordinating and collaborating cross-functionally both internally, between different departments, and with external partners to ensure that the project reaches its goals. Your responsibilities also include planning and monitoring the work carefully as well as managing project budgets to keep the project on track.

As part of our project management unit within Mechanical Subsystem Management, which consists of approximately 20 engaged employees, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The person you are

We are looking for you who have experience in project management or other leadership roles and who enjoy taking responsibility and driving successful projects. You have a strong ability to plan, coordinate, and communicate effectively. You are result-oriented and have a positive attitude towards problem-solving as well as a strong drive to achieve set goals. It is important that you can communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
