Your future challenge

BAE Systems Hägglunds is facing an eventful future and is now looking for a logistics technician who wants to analyze, follow up, and develop our inventory and material flows.

The role suits you who enjoy understanding connections, identifying deviations, and contributing to solutions together with the business.

You will be part of the Logistics Support team, where analysis, structure, and improvement of logistics flows are the focus.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and documenting inventory materials and analyzing and compiling results from inventory discrepancies.
• Compiling results from physical inventories conducted by warehouse personnel.
• Participating in recycling and scrapping projects, including documentation and analysis of materials.
• Extracting, compiling, and following up reports from the business system.
• Investigating deviations and proposing solutions to improve logistics flows.
• Ensuring order and correct documentation to facilitate daily work and prepare for audits.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in logistics or supply chain and preferably a university degree in industrial economics or logistics. You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).

You communicate well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license is required.

As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and solution-oriented. You create order and efficiency, use data for decision-making, and ensure that tasks are always delivered on time. You communicate clearly and humbly, collaborate well in teams, and have a strategic holistic view that connects your work to the organization's goals.
