Information about the position
Professionals Nord is seeking a Quality Administrator in collaboration with our client. Our client is an international industrial company with operations in Örnsköldsvik and works within technically advanced production. The business is characterized by high quality demands, clear processes, and close collaboration between different functions within the organization.

You will be part of a team where quality and accurate documentation are crucial for the continued development of the business. Here, engaged employees work together to ensure efficient processes and continuous improvement efforts.

Job Responsibilities
In the role of Quality Administrator, you will work closely with the client’s quality and production teams. You will be responsible for managing and updating quality-related information in various systems and documents so that the organization always has access to correct and up-to-date data.

You will play an important role in following up on deviations, restrictions, and actions related to production. The role involves many points of contact within the organization where you contribute to clear communication between different functions.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Participate in handovers of carts to take part in function impact analyses
• Update files and documentation with new or changed restrictions
• Monitor the client’s MoA system and follow up on addressed deficiencies and deviations
• Ensure that restrictions are removed when root cause actions are verified and implemented
• Work in business systems and update quality-related data files

We are looking for someone who
• Has very good knowledge of Excel
• Has good administrative skills and experience working systematically with data and documentation
• Has experience working in business systems, such as SAP (meritorious)
• Has experience from an industrial or production environment (meritorious)
