About the job

In this role, your goal is to achieve the best possible maintenance in the short and long term, focusing on continuous improvements and increasing the reliability of the facility. The role also drives the work on maintenance strategies for equipment availability and improvements of equipment maintenance plans, as well as spare parts.

In your future role as a Maintenance Engineer, you will

• Ensure that maintenance work is carried out safely and cost-effectively according to established procedures related to the MRM process (maintenance reliability management)
• Ensure that we have maintenance plans for all critical equipment
• Be responsible for ensuring that the spare parts strategy exists and is documented in SAP
• Ensure that total maintenance costs and production losses are reduced through projects, implementation of FMEA (part of LEAN), and structured root cause analysis meetings
• Provide input and act as a functional expert for CAPEX projects (involvement in initiation and decision-making regarding investments)

We believe you have

• Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or equivalent related to mechanics
• Previous experience in maintenance / maintenance processes / root cause analysis
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It’s a plus if you have

• SAP-PM
• Automation
• Centrifuges
• Compressors
• Rotating equipment
• Static equipment
• Drafting in AutoCAD electrical / mechanical
• Training in Lean, Six Sigma, or Idhammar
