About the position

In the role of Quality Technician, you will hold a key position where you actively contribute to securing and further developing the quality of both products and processes. You will work closely with production and development to ensure that requirements and standards are met while driving effective work to identify, analyze, and address deviations. The role is central to creating long-term improvements and strengthening the organization's quality culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate cases related to suspected deviations to ensure high quality
• Gather relevant information, identify root causes, and map the extent of deviations
• Initiate, coordinate, and lead quality meetings in close collaboration with relevant functions
• Ensure that incoming materials and components meet technical requirements through thorough inspections
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts and clearly report results to the responsible manager within production quality

We are looking for someone who

• Has a degree in quality engineering or production technology or has acquired that knowledge through experience that we consider relevant for the position
• Has practical experience in quality work and a good understanding of technical documentation
• Has experience with business systems, SAP, and Excel
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work
