Your Future Challenge

As a Systems Engineer, you will work on defining the system functionality, capabilities, and characteristics of the product, where you, together with a team of colleagues, lead the development in a structured and communicative manner. Analyzing customer requirements and standards is part of the work to create a system description that lays the foundation for the development work. You, along with other development departments, are key players in defining and delivering a system solution that meets the customer's needs throughout the lifecycle. We prioritize our customer's unique needs to strengthen their defense capability with the goal to “protect those who protect us.”

By actively participating with improvement suggestions, as well as the opportunity to drive research and development initiatives, you will also be part of our long-term work to ensure that our products remain world-leading.

The position includes many internal contact points but also externally with customers and suppliers, giving you a broad network. If you are also an initiator who takes great personal responsibility, you will thrive with us.

You will be part of the Systems Engineering department where the group primarily works with Lethality and Survivability for our products. This includes the weapon systems we develop and integrate as well as the survivability in terms of protection and active protection systems.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with a technical academic education and good technical competence, preferably in areas such as mechanical engineering, engineering physics, electronics, and/or software.

You grasp the technical solutions and look beyond to find the holistic solution required.

Experience from the automotive industry, defense industry, or Systems Engineering is an advantage.

As a person, you are communicative, proactive, and have a structured approach to ensure that the developed system solution is documented. You have good presentation and documentation skills in both spoken and written form, in Swedish and English.
