Business Managers for the Transport Service Operations
The Transport Service Operations at the Traffic Administration is undergoing an exciting transformation phase.
Our primary focus is on our passengers! We are now looking for two skilled Business Managers, one temporary position and one permanent position, who want to help develop the mission of the transport service!
About the Role
The mission of the Transport Service Operations includes managing the agreements that the Transport Service Administration has with contracted transport providers, order centers, and customer service within transport services and medical journeys.
As a Business Manager, you will drive and develop common issues, routines, and follow-up of our contracted suppliers. You are responsible for ensuring that the business runs according to the agreement and that agreed requirements are met, as well as handling deviations when they arise.
Some examples of tasks:
- Participate in procurement, implementation, and termination of agreements
- Be responsible for invoicing, budgeting, and financial dialogues with the contracted party and other sections related to the economy within the agreement
- Work closely with other business managers for transport service agreements
- Contact/dialogue with passengers regarding the agreement
- Be involved in and occasionally lead training and workshops with suppliers and interest organizations
- Represent the transport service in various information contexts, such as municipalities and industry organizations.
You will work in a group with other contract managers where you will collaborate daily on your agreements. The group consists of a total of 9 people.
You will also have a large network both internally and externally to ensure the content of the agreement, follow-up, and development opportunities.
To thrive and succeed in the role, you need:
We are looking for someone with experience in management and contract follow-up, perhaps in roles such as KAM, Business Manager, Business Area Manager, or similar. But you may also have had a role in purchasing and procurement.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in systematic improvement work and quality follow-up of agreements
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field for the role
- Experience working with our passenger groups and interest organizations
- Experience in follow-up, quality work, and deviation management related to agreements
- Knowledge of developing and analyzing key figures
- Experience or education in project management.
Start date by agreement.
