The Role

As an HR Partner, you will be part of our Swedish People Growth team and report to Chief HR Officer, Cecilia Wirén. You will primarily be responsible for HR work towards our staff departments within Sales, Commercial, Marketing & Sunbeam. You will focus on daily HR tasks where you support and act as a point of contact for our leaders. As an HR Partner with us, you will also take the lead and own a specialist area, where this role takes full ownership ofCompensation & Benefits. An important KPI for you over the next year is to "Set a clear Svea Solar compensation structure". You will drive activities such as implementing systems & processes, building job architectures, reviewing bonus programs, etc., so that we become compliant with the new pay transparency directive, which also includes rollout to the organization. You will also be responsible for salary mapping and salary reviews.This position is a full-time temporary position, starting around April 1st and lasting approximately 1 year. The role also includes:

  • Advising and coaching leaders.
  • Independently create, support, and deliver projects, processes, and policies related to the employee lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve and evaluate processes and strategies to better support your part of the organization.
  • Support the business in using common tools, methods, and working practices.
  • Conduct training and workshops for employees and leaders, such as HR forums, manager introductions, etc.
  • Administer organizational and employee changes in our HR system, Sympa.
  • Ensure accurate employment data for your part of the organization, of course in collaboration with our recruitment function.
  • Analyze HR data for insights into daily work.

Are we a match? To be a good match, we believe you have:

  • Several years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing company, where you have supported functions within similar areas.
  • Experience and/or a strong interest in driving work within Compensation & Benefits.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.

As a person, we believe you are communicative, structured, and a true relationship builder. With your interest in the business and a strong business acumen, you find it motivating to work closely with the operational departments.
