We are looking for a junior project coordinator who wants to support project management and contribute to successful deliveries within an innovative and forward-looking organization. The assignment starts in February 2025 and lasts for one year, based in Stockholm.

About the role

You will coordinate various aspects of the project and support project managers in both planning and execution. The role includes both administrative and operational tasks to ensure that the project meets its goals.

Examples of tasks:

• Document management and purchasing administration.
• Invoicing and project follow-up.
• Updating instructions and templates.
• Time reporting and project planning.
• Preparing materials for project reviews.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in supportive and administrative tasks, preferably from project deliveries in the production or systems industry.
• Has knowledge of SAP and document management systems.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Is meticulous, structured, and able to work independently.

Other

• Location: Stockholm (no remote work).
• Working hours: 40 hours per week.
• Start date: As soon as possible, no later than February 17, 2025.
