We at Lernia Bemanning AB are now looking for a Service Coordinator for a temporary position with us as a consultant, and the assignment will be with our client Medema in Kista.

Medema Physio AB has been one of Sweden's leading suppliers of equipment for healthcare, physiotherapy, and wellness since 1967. Medema has a turnover of approximately 80 million SEK and consists of 19 employees. Their office is located in Kista, Stockholm, where they also have a spare parts warehouse and training room.

Medema is a subsidiary of the Finnish company Lojer Oy, which is a market-leading manufacturer of hospital beds, operating tables, treatment benches, and equipment for physiotherapy. The group has a total turnover of 60 million EUR with 260 employees.

About the position

We are now looking for an office-based Service Coordinator for a fixed-term position with our client Medema. You will belong to the Service Department and report to the Deputy Service Manager. The temporary position starts on February 3, 2025, and lasts until August 29, 2025, full-time with a 38-hour workweek.

Job Responsibilities

In your role as Service Coordinator, you will be based at their office in Kista. You will handle incoming inquiries regarding service, spare parts, and warranty via phone, email, and the case management system.

The role also involves working with:

• Troubleshooting products for healthcare, training, and physiotherapy
• Registering customer orders for service and spare parts in their business system
• Purchasing spare parts via their business system and contacting suppliers
• Administration and pricing of the spare parts assortment
• Administration, sales, and pricing of service agreements
• Coordinating and distributing work orders to technicians
• Developing routines and processes regarding service and spare parts management

Your Competencies

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education with a technical focus and technical competence either through education, work experience, or personal interest. Furthermore, you have:

• Previous experience with customer contact
• Very good computer skills and previous experience with business systems and/or case management systems
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have previous work experience in medical technology service and/or physiotherapy/training equipment. Knowledge of Finnish is also an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is structured and meticulous, meaning you can independently plan and organize your tasks to make progress without missing anything along the way. In this role, you will work with customer cases and have many things going on at the same time. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is used to handling multiple active cases simultaneously and can remain calm even in stressful situations.
