About the PositionMiddlepoint is now looking for a service-minded and structured receptionist for one of our clients - a traditional banking and finance company in Liljeholmen. This means you will be employed as a Service Manager with us at Middlepoint and will be part of a star team on-site. In this assignment, you will have the chance to work in a service team of 4 people in a professional and business-like environment.

Everyone in the team has their own responsibilities but naturally helps each other and works together to deliver first-class service to employees, guests, and everyone else you meet. The bar for service level is set high here, and we are looking for someone who wants to work in reception and office services with that little extra!

In this role, you will work proactively and variably with tasks such as:

  • Welcoming employees and customers
  • Meeting bookings
  • Issuing access cards
  • Receiving package deliveries
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Email and phone
  • Managing alarms and security
