Frivården Södertörn in Huddinge and Frivården Sollentuna are part of the Stockholm County Probation area. Together, the two offices have approximately 240 full-time equivalents distributed among a probation manager, correctional officers, decision support, probation inspectors, correctional staff, and administrators. Both offices are located near bus and commuter train stations. We are now looking for an administrator based in Huddinge and one based in Sollentuna.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an administrator, your task is to assist in administering primarily personnel-related matters through daily contact with the core operations. The role is a service function, where you support managers, personnel officers, and colleagues.

The work involves being responsible for administration related to new hires, such as ordering contracts and registering information in the personnel system. You will establish and maintain personnel files and ensure that our personnel archives are organized and orderly.

As an administrator, you will also be responsible for registering changes in working hours and planning and staffing schedule vacancies in the HR system Heroma. Ranking of personnel is included in the position.

The position also includes other personnel-related administration. The area managers, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's service center, the IT department, and personnel officers are some of your closest partners in the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with excellent cooperation skills, who enjoys working in a service-oriented manner and is accommodating in their interactions. Furthermore, you should easily adapt to changing circumstances, have a positive attitude, and see opportunities in changes. You are meticulous in your work and plan and organize your tasks effectively. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, has good judgment, and can prioritize when necessary.

You should also be aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Experience with administrative tasks within a government authority.
• Very good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in staffing planning/ranking.
• Experience with personnel systems, such as Heroma.
• Experience working within the correctional system.

OTHER

We have high demands on our employees' awareness of security and confidentiality. To work with us, you need to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. For this position, a security clearance interview will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. During the security clearance, you will be investigated as a person, your background, and your relationships from a security perspective.
