About the assignment

We are looking for an HR generalist for a consulting assignment with our client in Solna. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a broad HR role where you support unit and operational managers within healthcare.

The assignment is full-time starting as soon as possible and runs until the end of May 2025, with a chance for extension. You will work daytime, Monday to Friday, with the possibility to influence your working hours. There is also room for remote work.

Your responsibilities

As part of the HR team, you will have primary responsibility for a specific area and serve as the closest support for the managers. Your work includes both operational and consultative HR tasks such as salary review, personnel matters, labor law, recruitment, and hiring. Since the operations are geographically spread throughout the Stockholm area, much of the contact is done via phone, email, and Teams.

Your qualifications

• Education/work experience in HR including labor law
• Previous experience providing broad HR support to managers and operations
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Extensive experience working with IT systems such as email in previous roles

Meritorious

• Previously worked in the IT systems Heroma and Varbi
• Previously worked with general regulations or with a public employer, or previously worked with HR issues within healthcare
• Previously worked with Microsoft Office including Teams
