Academic Resource is seeking a versatile and driven accounting/corporate economist on behalf of our client, who not only handles numbers skillfully but is also ready to take on a varied workday that includes office management, administrative tasks, and practical work duties.
The position involves being part of a small group of key personnel in the company who together are responsible for and manage the company's established routines and processes while contributing to development and improvement - someone who sees good structure, order, and tidiness as a prerequisite for effective work.
As an accounting/corporate economist, you will report to the CFO and be based in Kista. The position is initially 75%, hybrid, with a start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
•Overall responsibility for the company's financial reporting, accounting work, and compiling and analyzing the company's financial results in collaboration with external parties.
•Responsible for in-depth financial and performance analysis at the account level to identify deviations and underlying causes in order to work with the company's management to implement measures aimed at improving the company's results.
•Together with the CFO, be responsible for the company's budgeting and forecasting work.
•Collaborate with the company's management team to develop and work according to established KPIs based on the company's OKRs.
•Ongoing administrative and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in economics or relevant work experience, knowledge of business economics and accounting, a business mindset, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with Visma Net and Severa is advantageous, as is experience in payroll management.
