Ersta trauma treatment's mission is care, treatment, and psychosocial interventions for patients over 18 years old with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a consequence of torture, war, sexual violence, and other migration-related traumatic events. There is a strong focus on psychotherapeutic treatment, and the operation is conducted in newly renovated premises at Erstaklippan.

About the role
As a coordinator, you are the first contact for the patient. You are responsible for bookings and other patient-related administration and are a key person in the internal coordination at the clinic. You provide important administrative support that facilitates, supports, and contributes to driving the rest of the team's work forward. Your tasks include:
- registering and collecting payments for patient visits
- billing for missed appointments and late cancellations
- ordering medical transport, ambulance transport in emergencies, as well as transport services/taxis and interpreters
- ensuring correct registrations and registering remote contacts
- booking and rescheduling patients at the request of the operation or the patient
- sending e-invitations in Alltid Öppet based on any waiting lists.
The role also includes providing support to the unit manager as needed by:
- ensuring that care is provided in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, governing documents, care programs, national and local guidelines, and established routines • supporting the unit's improvement work focusing on work environment, care quality, patient safety, and education • participating in current improvement work within and between clinics at Ersta hospital and collaboration outside the hospital • participating in establishing and revising routine documents, guidelines, and patient information and ensuring compliance • handling invoices and orders.
You will support the unit and operations manager in matters concerning the development and improvement of patient-related administration and current registrations. Together with the responsible unit manager, you will develop the operation in accordance with the operational plan, set goals, medical safety, and quality. The assignment is not a management position, but together with the unit manager, you will function as the hub of the operation.

Your experience
You have:
- previous experience in a coordinating role within healthcare, preferably in psychiatry
- experience working with patient-related systems, including TakeCare
- relevant competence for working with patient-related administration and likely a background as a nursing assistant or medical secretary.
Experience with digital healthcare platforms such as Alltid Öppet and TeleQ is an advantage. We also view positively if you speak more languages than Swedish.
