About the assignment

Our client in Stockholm is in need of an HR consultant; this is a 100% consulting assignment through us at Bemannia, starting as soon as possible and lasting for up to six months.

Your responsibilities

In the role of HR consultant, you will work with a focus on Flex HRM, which is the HRM system our client uses for time reporting, hiring, expense claims, payroll, etc. You will also work with recruitment procedures regarding background checks, work permits, priority rights, hourly-paid employees, and proper documentation. Additionally, you will provide concrete support/follow-up on how it works in practice for our managers regarding employment forms and regulations. In connection with this, you will also assist with competence supply planning based on updated job descriptions.

Schedule issues and working hours are another area. Start an analysis and, if possible, prepare documentation for an update of the current flexitime agreement.

Examples of your tasks:

• Organize on- and off-boarding,
• Review change templates
• Ensure entered information/settings

Your qualifications

• Education in HR
• Several years of experience in practical HR work
• Familiarity with systems, preferably Flex HRM
• Practical experience in providing support to managers
• Understanding of the connection between payroll and HR
• Analytical and administrative skills, as well as communicative
• Good labor law competence including knowledge of the LAS regulations

Meritorious

• Experience with collective agreements in the municipal sector.
