Job Advertisement: Communications Specialist at the Culture School

Your Role
You will primarily work with the Culture School's internal communication and functional mailbox, as well as graphic design according to the Culture School's graphic profile.
You will support and develop the internal communication work of the Culture School. You will communicate with educators, participants, and guardians, for example regarding invoicing and feedback and complaint management.
Below are examples of tasks that will be included in the role:
- You plan and design internal communication in consultation with the quality manager and department head regarding internal communication.
- You plan and produce internal information materials according to the Culture School's graphic profile.
- You are part of the Culture School's communication group. As a member of the communication group, you support teachers and administrative staff in the Culture School's local units in their communication.
- You invoice in the Culture School's operational system.
- You administer the structure of collaboration areas and group desks within Office365.
- You report directly to the quality manager and are part of their working group.
Your Competence and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in communication and media or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and experience in operational communication work, with the ability to plan, implement, and follow up.
- Good knowledge of web publishing tools and Adobe.
- Experience in producing informational materials and can create layouts for presentations.
- Documented skills in graphic design.
- Experience in customer service.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Meritorious:
- Knowledgeable about GDPR and accessibility issues.
- Experience working with different target groups.
- Work experience in brand-building communication.
- Good knowledge in measuring social media and working with search engine optimization.
- Documented and updated competence in content marketing.
- Documented experience in administrative work, e.g., invoicing.
- Experience in communication within cultural activities and/or youth activities.
- Inclusion and diversity work, as well as some form of LGBTQ training.

Temporary position for parental leave. Working hours are 08:00-17:00, weekdays. Main workplace in Rinkeby. Work on other days and times may occur.
