Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking to help build a financial function in a growing company? We are now seeking a Finance Manager for our client Aerius in Stockholm. The position involves a 6-month probationary period with an immediate start.

About the Role:

As a Finance Manager at Aerius, you will play a key role in the company's financial function. You will be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and ensuring that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role also includes the preparation of financial reports and analyses to support management decisions. Aerius prefers candidates who have experience working in an organization where they have gained insight into corporate structures and/or experience in business development. This expertise is valuable for understanding and managing complex financial contexts and contributing to their continued development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Be responsible for VAT and tax declarations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with auditors.
• Produce financial reports and analyses.
• Suggest measures and recommendations to improve financial management and profitability.
• Handle payroll and related HR administration.
• Collaborate with management to support business development and strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with handling ROT/RUT deductions.
• Knowledge and experience working with Fortnox.
• Experience with annual financial statements and annual reports.
• Expertise in income tax returns.
