Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Coordinator, you will play a central role within their Customer Relations department. You will work on:

Supporting and training customers through quick and solution-oriented support and an effective onboarding process.
Optimizing the use of digital support tools such as help centers, webinars, and in-app information to support the entire customer base.
Ensuring high-quality customer experiences through efficient and automated processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

Provide quick and accessible support and training through various channels.
Create and maintain digital resources such as help centers and in-app guides.
Plan and conduct webinars for customer training.
Collaborate within the team to develop and streamline workflows.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in customer support, onboarding, or similar roles.
Is a pronounced team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Is accustomed to working with digital tools and platforms.
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Has a process-driven and proactive working style.
