About the Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Coordinator, you will play a central role within their Customer Relations department. You will work on:

  • Supporting and training customers through quick and solution-oriented support and an effective onboarding process.
  • Optimizing the use of digital support tools such as help centers, webinars, and in-app information to support the entire customer base.
  • Ensuring high-quality customer experiences through efficient and automated processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Provide quick and accessible support and training through various channels.
  • Create and maintain digital resources such as help centers and in-app guides.
  • Plan and conduct webinars for customer training.
  • Collaborate within the team to develop and streamline workflows.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in customer support, onboarding, or similar roles.
  • Is a pronounced team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Is accustomed to working with digital tools and platforms.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Has a process-driven and proactive working style.
