About the position:
You will work in the field, actively meeting individuals in their homes to understand their specific needs and expectations. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, which includes booking meetings, conducting customer visits, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and completing contract signing. Your task is not just to sell products, but also to create a sense of security and trust for each customer. By offering personal security advice and combining your expertise with our innovative technology, you help customers protect what matters most to them – their homes and families.
We are looking for someone who:
Thanks to our world-class onboarding program, you do not need previous experience in sales or security. If you have the drive and willingness to learn, we provide you with all the tools you need to succeed. However, we believe that a key factor for your success in this role is having a strong customer focus and being driven to work towards high-set goals. You value teamwork and understand the importance of working together. Our focus is always to become better than we were yesterday – both at an individual level and as a team. We are looking for someone who does not just settle for doing a good job, but who always strives to go the extra mile to achieve success.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who:
- Has a B driver's license (mandatory requirement)
- Can work Monday-Thursday 13-21 and Fridays 9-18
- Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
- Has no criminal record and is clear from UC
