Payroll Specialist at Vattenfall

We are now looking for a payroll specialist for Vattenfall. In the role of payroll specialist, you will be the primary support for the business regarding payroll-related issues. The assignment is full-time with a start date according to agreement and runs until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension or employment at Vattenfall. The position is based at the company's office in Solna.

Your main responsibilities

In this role as a payroll specialist, you will be offered a job in payroll administration for all of Vattenfall's operations in Sweden. There are two payroll teams working on payroll management. The team plans and prioritizes the work together.

• Payroll preparation
• Handling payroll-related cases
• Quality controls
• Reconciliations and taxes, and system-related tasks within payroll as well as quality assurance
• Development of processes and working methods
• Other payroll administrative work

Who are you?

• At least completed high school education
• Vocational education in Payroll
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll work, preferably within a larger company/corporation
• Experience in the entire payroll process and improvement and project work
• Meritorious if you have experience with SAP or other major payroll systems
• Meritorious if you have experience with case management systems like Service Now
